 nnovations and valuable problem solutions unite three essential components:
  technical feasibility, economic reasonableness and human desirability. Des
 ign Thinking approaches problems from a human perspective. The aim is to cr
 eate innovative and desirable products, services and experiences that consi
 der all relevant aspects.\n\nThree important factors lead to the success of
  Design Thinking: the collaboration of teams that are multidisciplinary and
  able to decide, flexible workspaces for collaborative work and a workflow 
 related to Design Thinking.\n\nProf. Dr. Ulrich Weinberg, Head of the Schoo
 l of Design Thinking at Hasso Plattner Institute, Potsdam, outlines Design 
 Thinking as a creative process and method of innovation for products and se
 rvices. The aim is enabling new and surprising ways of creative collaborati
 on.\n\nAfterwards, Thorsten Jankowski will provide an insight into how the 
 Volkswagen Group integrates design methods in the company. He will give an 
 overview of pitfalls and best practice examples. Thorsten Jankowski works a
 s a consultant for digital processes and tools and engages with design meth
 ods, especially the user experience within the Volkswagen Group.\n\nThis le
